1. 14-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return or an exchange. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Crucial for Electronics)
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original factory packaging, with all original tags, manuals, cords, and accessories included.
• Items showing signs of wear, physical damage, or missing components will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, cehlnqt will cover the return shipping costs. (Please report damages within 48 hours of delivery).
• Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the shipping label without contacting us first.

• Step 1: Email our support team at service@mail.cehlnqt.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
• Step 2: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse shipping address.
• Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it to us using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refund Processing (7 Days)
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment .
• Please note: If you paid using Klarna, the refund will be processed according to Klarna's terms and conditions. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
